Refund Policy
We have a 30 day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
There are no costs associated with returning.
Damage and problems

Exchange
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Wrong address disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, your money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
